We love a wedding that is a little bit different and were so excited when Kate and Tyson presented us with a different plan.
It all started with a super romantic first look at Como The Treasury Hotel. (Why not start off on a high right?) Nothing tugs at the heart strings like that moment when a bride and groom first lay eyes on each other and the spacious rooms and stunning architecture at The Como Treasury made for the perfect setting. Kate was breathtaking in her KWH sequin gown and Tyson looked very handsome in his suit and tie. It was hard not to take a good photo. The lighting in this place is a photographers dream!
We then rounded up the crew for some fun photos around the city with the bridal party, followed by a short drive to one of our favourite photo locations near Kings Park. By the time we finally arrived at at Lamont’s Bishops House, we were already in love with the wedding day of Kate and Tyson. A totally satisfying day and we hadn’t even had a ceremony!
As the sun was setting the couple shared an intimate ceremony with family and friends in the garden at Lamont’s Bishop House. Officiated by the talented Kirk Goodsell, Kate and Tyson signed on the dotted line and became the new Mr and Mrs H.
After some quick family photos in the lush gardens of Lamont’s Bishop House, the couple joined their guests for champagne and canapés on the grass. This was followed by a marquee reception under the city lights and stars. We happily left the couple to dance the night away.
Thank you to Kate and Tyson for allowing us to share your beautiful day.
