Immediately following Sarvenaz and Ryan’s wedding ceremony at Darlington Estate, the newlyweds were showered in sweets and sugar in a traditional Iranian wedding ritual known as Sofre Aghd. A silk sheet is held above the couple and friends and relatives take their turn at grinding sugar cones above their heads. Then the guests celebrate with a feast of sweet treats!
